Title: SM board "New" icon is broken

The SM board is looking for the new post indicator at http://forum.battlemaster.org/Themes/manuscript_smf20final_b/images/english_british-utf8/new.gif

...which does not exist.

This still hasn't been addressed and is a larger issue now that the entire board is using the SM theme.
