Title: Ability to Withdraw Oath Offers to Paused/AutoPaused

As the subject says. I would very much love the ability to withdraw my oath offers from those characters that decide to Pause or Auto-Pause. I do not like it when they pop back up on the very day the oath offer is to expire and decide to accept even though I have taken another Knight. It is, slightly annoying.

Since the whole oath system is going to be replaced by the New Estate System (http://wiki.battlemaster.org/wiki/New_Estate_System), don't expect any changes to the oath system anymore.
