Title: Give militiamen banners

With armies having awesome little banners, it does seem awkward for militia not to have any. Perhaps you could let the General set the militia banner for the entire realm?

I'd let the Duke set the banners for all regions within his duchy. Or maybe the individual lords.

No. We want banners to be something personal. Random troops should not carry banners, banners are a sign of nobility, thus only units lead by a noble should have a banner.
