In the old tax system it was possible to impose "extra taxes" on your regions.
I'd like to suggest bringing this ability back, but also adding a new banker ability, "check books" which would allow the banker to find out if a lord is skimming off the top.
Corruption is always fun and it could give the Banker more to do in the current system.

Actually I'm pretty sure the old option never actually worked.

Indeed, I agree that it is an interesting feature, it just never got done before. Perhaps sometimes in the distant future...

What's the point of this?
Just increase the lord tax, and PAF, extra income.
By playing with estate sizes, lord taxes, and region taxes, you can achieve much better results than you could have with the secret taxes.
