Title: Travel times don't match

Is it intentional that the travel times on the travel page don't reflect the actual travel time? For example, I have several options on where I want to travel. I choose the 12 hour option. The page then tells me that I can expect to arrive in 13 hours. Does that include packing up, or something? Or is it just a bug?

Its a bug due to seasons. I think the times that happen are right, and that the display is off.
