For me, I have to say that getting basically the entirety of the Far East to accept a relatively minor insult to Jenred's wife as a legitimate casus belli, including the realm being attacked, was pretty awesome.

Winning both events at a full tournament on FEI, Ohnar West, about 8 months after creating said character. Granted, it was FEI, and I did have 8 months.

My favourite thing I accomplished was having played as a knight (Kazuma) in Greater Aenilia the year 2007. The amount of character development and realm-wide roleplaying was just spectacular! It's beaten the !@#$ out of pretty much everything else I've done in BM, that on the surface may appear "impressive" but it was really quite boring :(

Being a major factor in the ousting of (at least) 4 rulers of a realm with very few people being aware of my involvement. There was a lot of effort in a couple of them. This was spread out over a number of real years... Fun fun fun :)
Oh, and not letting the adventurer class be forgotten about and getting it implemented...
...and a few other things as well that cannot be talked about for years yet as they're still ongoing :P

I haven't done anything too notable with my new account(quit old one) that is almost a year old. Though with my old account, I had a priest that slowly by himself converted a realm to a new a faith.

Winning the biggest tournament on Atamara, ever, (jousting part only), without even spending that much time in the Academy.

I would have to say that my favorite thing that I've accomplished in-game, is failing to rebel/overthrow the Queen of Pian en Luries 3 times in a row, and never getting caught. The ability to not get banned while plotting against your Ruler, throwing your friends under the bus, and gaining more power yourself is quite an accomplishment, even if it is a Thomas Edison moment.

Managing to keep Old Grehk alive through a massive war and the fourth invasion, despite being easily the weakest realm on the continent at the start of my time there.
Being ruler of Ibladesh and starting to call myself "Emperor" and Ibladesh "The Empire". Much like the Empire in Star Wars, really. I'm evil.

Most recent accomplishment, becoming Lord in 20 days. :D A new character in DoA (Iratus) became Count of Clermont today.

One of my favorite things was with Claudio on FEI. He was a trader for a long time and he used to sneak behind the lines into Soliferum. I smuggled an immense amount of food out of that realm.

One of my favourites is keeping my throne against rebellion in Bara'Khur, defending against an OOC clique. Little did they know I had a lot of past rebellion experience to draw on, as well as handily being in the capital with 1000 gold to my name :P I and the couple of nearby loyalists should still have lost the morning battle but there were gale force winds in play and to a man, the rebels were archers. I was leading well in excess of 150+ infantry. Mostly all the other loyalist units were driven from the field, but my unit butchered all comers. I earned my army leadership fame point in that battle >.< It was beautiful.

And kudos to you. I thought Old Grehk's best days were behind her, yet now she's in touching distance of her old heights.

Overthrowing a mad king in Perdan to reinstate the rightful ruling class....Wow that was back in what? 2003?
Ruling a realm (minus a month or two every other year for personal reasons) for 8 years...
Founding the ~V~ guild in FEI... that was fun getting knights from different realms to talk rulers into letting them wage war against guild enemies. The real power came when guild members started gaining power tho.
Ahhh good times. All these things make me feel like I am telling a story to great great grand children....

Hey, the ~V~ guild came back, you know. Congrats on founding something that left such an impression that it gained quite a few important people in short order.

Came back you say? Hmmm.. interesting. You know the founders son has been wallowing around in the north of FEI... searching for his fathers old way of life and only finding hardship.
I will say it is a fun thing in this game...to help build something, watch it fall apart, and then see over time how it affects the game around it... Much like a sand castle on the beach

Yeah, Alpha Endoscopia refounded it. He's a Duke in Kindara now. Senoske's son Thain joined, and he's the King of C'thonia (Nighthelm 0.5) now. Can't remember any other members off the top of my head.

New favorite thing:
Sanguis Astroism, after years and years, is finally starting to organize itself. We are essentially forming a government and charter from the ground up. It started out as just #1, 2 & 3. We've slowly been discussing and adding to it. It took some yelling and pushing, but I think the church is gaining permanency. I was always worried that the church would splinter. Now though I think we have half a chance of not killing each other.

I think we have a V member up in Arcachon named Wilson as well, though I don't know if he's made it to the guidehall.

Wilson is the son of the founder. He came to the north FEI because it was the location of the only two guild halls he knew of... one in Sartaina and one in Arcachon. Finding out the guild was destroyed, he attempted to start it again in Athios (thinking old members would come to it) but the region was taken in the wars and the guild hall dismantled. Was a very odd moment because Arcachons then ruler was at one point a strong supporter of Valius and the guild.
Wilson tried to contact Alpha and Ziode... but they were rather busy I am sure and never paid much attention to him. Sad story really. Wilson has all but given up on finding out more of his fathers way of life.
A bit of a lack luster character anyway. Perhaps his son will be more exciting.

If you wanna scheme OOC, I am totally down with having an illegal guild in Arcachon that Ciann's scribes keep her completely in the dark about. If V starts up in Arcachon, I'll make one of her advisors a secret supporter so I can justify her not meddling (she's a meddler, that's what she does).
Well, if you need anything skewed a little bit to get the ball rolling just let me know because more things=more stories=more awesome

Yes, but the thing is we can help you play it out IC. As in "we won't tell our characters and will make them look some other way while you do it". I'm with Heq here.

Well, it would bother me more if he revealed something super awesome on the forum and then he couldn't carry it out because the players of the realm's council members read about it here.

The more I think about it... the more it seems a game mechanics / message system issue then an RP issue. There have been a few times where I have tried to contact Alpha and messages not be passed on. I do not mind that so much now that I have taken a few days to consider it.
*shrug* :) I know it is something that consumes the character...

If there is one thing Arcachon is known for it's characters having an all consuming passion which robs them of reason.
That's kind of our bag, especially when it contributes to the whole Island being a half-savage madhouse.

Arcachon had (has?) that Vanimedle' (Mr. Klingon! lol) guy who OOCly stated he found leading realms to their demise against larger realms in hopeless wars that were basically suicide lolworthy or something. I wonder if he's still there. That would explain a lot about what's been going on for so long. Come to think of it, wasn't Lefanis there too? Man oh man, it's a wonder that realm's actually still alive.

Vanimedle' is still in Arcachon, but no longer the general of the realm. He also has a character in PoZ I believe. Lefanis is in Arcachon yes, he is the Duke of Enlod. Considering the general life span of any realm Lefanis plays a large part in Arcachon is doing remarkably well, it could have something to do with the geo-graphical location, but I'm sure the terrible military co-ordination in Arcaea and OW helps a lot.

The time spent with the ~V~ Hall of Blood and Battle was the best, and creating a sworn enemy of the guild and watching the drama unfold from both sides of the conflict was pretty awesome. Shame that ~V~ can't catch a break these days, its been refounded twice to my knowledge and died both times.

Organizing the downfall of a ruler who had survived 2.5 years of almost constant dissent, including openly defiant Dukes/Lords and a civil war, while I was living in exile on the other side of Dwilight.

Practically singlehandedly destroying a secession against my char's father from the inside (up to providing a casus belli and everything) and then getting appointed duke of their capital city once it was conquered.
I had big plans with that char but got a teeny bit derailed losing everything he had in a stupid war... Still, good times. :)

My favourite thing was to hold off Sirion for so long as General/Ruler of Avamar on EC. Such a small realm that most of the time only had about 2-3 regions but still fearlessly insulted Doc (long time Prime Minister of Sirion) at every chance.
Brave or stupid, think what you will. But fun? Yes sir.

Reclaiming Fwuvoghor for Enweil was pretty sweet. Bringing Riombara down to one region was also pretty good times.

That's kind of our bag, especially when it contributes to the whole Island being a half-savage madhouse.
Always has been Arcachon's one good trick ever since its inception, with its first two rulers driven quite literally to the point of insanity. Glad to see others are following gleefully in our footsteps.

Accomplishment? Ah there are a few. I think getting elected as an Earl in CE within the first month of my playing has to be up there. Got me really interested in BM (the political side) and, I was told, set a new record for CE.
And yeah, Arcachon's nuts. Not that I'm complaining. OW would probably have been wiped out if not for their subtle willingness to kill a few Arcaeans and Aenilians.

Hehe, you could have gotten within a day in Enweil had you joined today. A lordship referendum ends today and I just saw that no one was running, so figured I may as well pitch in my knight's name even if I didn't want said question.

Carna, it gets more nuts the higher up you go. Quite literally a recent odd decision was defended by saying that they feel it is the will of Adghar. Of course, we also allow duelling while on campaign (how else can you settle who's right?).
It seems to get everyone involved a lot more in the game though, so it kinda works out.
