Title: Secession question

Does a duchy seceding have as new realm the same loyalty in the region as it had under the previous realm or does it change with the secession?
Example: A City has Hateful Loyalty. Once the city secedes and forms a new realm, does it have Worshipful loyalty or does it still have Hateful?

It will be either hateful, or something close.

Also, seceding will lower control.

I would be very, very careful about seceding with a region with bad stats. It's a bad idea.
