Title: Sages (adventurer game)

I have had a hard time finding sages since leaving the west.  I don't think they have ever gone through D'Hara, but I spent a lot of time looking around the palm sea as well.  Is the west safe for adventurers?  Any suggestions?

My adventurer has seen sages in Palm Sea on two occasions at least. Sages are there, you just need to find them.

I recall some being spotted in Sallowcape duchy, but indeed, not so sure about the Isles.
