Title: How do you found a new religion again?

I thought I had put everything in order, but I can't find the button.

You need to be a Lord, and go to the Economy page. At the bottom where it talks about building temples, you should have the option to build a temple of a new faith, with a message something like "become the enlightened founder of a new religion," if I recall correctly.
