Title: Noble count restrictions

Putting this in the newbie board in case newer players have the same question. I just got a fame of 4 (no clue how, I can think of at most 2, the one for battle, the one for lordship, I'm just below the prestige needed for family prestige fame). Maybe I got the trader fame, I've been buying low and selling high in Cagilan Empire, and making quite a profit doing it.

Anyways, that's not the question. My question is how at what fame level do I unlock the third noble slot, and how long does it take between getting that fame and unlocking?

I believe it's 5 fame, and you need to wait until the next time the cleanup script runs (should be around 10AM server time, IIRC).
