Title: Imprisonment. (because of battles)
Post by: Purrcious on June 17, 2017, 07:27:11 AM
6 days of unable to play the game because of well, playing the game and RNG decides to remove 1 week of your game time. Imagine this happening to you in World of Warcraft. Good thing this isn't a Buy to Play.

Purrcious don't know the design intent of this feature and why you can RANDOMLY get caught after battles. Purrcious knows you can pay the ransom but that makes this even more absurd because it hurts the newbies more than the veteran players who have lots of gold stashed.

How about a feature where friends or realm mates can bail you out or break you out of jail  ::)

There's a feature request about the judge of your realm bailing you out:

Ransom is set partially based on the amount of gold you have, so if you happened to have 10000 gold on hand, you would have had a huge ransom to pay too.

Purrcious still don't get the part how a losing city where all their nobles are running for their lives have the capacity to capture a Noble from the winning side. They don't even have the men to protect the children yet they have the guts to capture a noble and lock him up in the jail that's about to get ransacked.

Guess that's dedication  :P

Opportunism. If the opportunity presents itself... better take it!

Unless you happen to be captured with empty hands, the ransom is generally payable for a moderate sum on the third turn (or is it third day?). Staying the full 7 days only happens if: you had 0 gold on hand, or just about, and your judge doesn't care enough about you to make deals with their judge, or you are a cheapskate, or you are a really wealthy noble carrying over a thousand gold and you really don't want that much dough going right to the enemy.

SV and Fronen attacked Dominorium sadly the Fronen judge Spindel, Purrcious' cousin, got Imprisoned by the losing side.

Purrcious not gonna insist on how anti-newbie experience being wounded and getting jailed is. It's probably one of those you just have to shut up and accept. But Purrcious want to point this out.

Ransom is set partially based on the amount of gold you have, so if you happened to have 10000 gold on hand, you would have had a huge ransom to pay too.

personal message
You are still in prison, and will be held captive for 6 more days unless you escape or pay the ransom. The new ransom has been set to 1095 gold.

Spindel (prison)
6 hours / 160 (+225) gold

Family Wealth: 1205 gold

Contrary to popular belief, Ransom is not an option and you just have to wait it out.

Ransom prices drop incredibly over time, in about 3 or 4 days you will definitely be able to pay it.

Yes, ransom drops every day.
