within X days of erecting them, maybe? By dude who built it only, maybe?

Then again, even real life monuments can have glitches, and it's kind of funny. We have a statue of Christopher Columbus holding his sextant upside down, on Parliament Hill. Good laughs.

This was deliberately left out so that you couldn't just replace every monument you happen to come into stewardship of with one of yourself for free.

I'm adding a note making it clear that you can't edit them to the page where you create them.

If that is the case, you only need to limit it to the description only and not the actual name of the statues or monuments?

Right, because no one would ever find a way to abuse that...

Triple-check your work, and if mistakes sneak past—as they do sometimes in real life—then live with them.

So basically if you want to correct your mistake, you need to close down all the estates to demolish statues and monuments and rebuild all of them?

Or, as mentioned, live with them  ;)

Its unfortunate that statues just vanish if the estate is removed.

They reassign themselves to a new estate.
