Title: New Message Group: Your Knights

I think it would be useful for region lords and dukes to have a message group directed towards "all/some knights of (your region here)" under the Hieracrhy section.  It would save a lot of time when someone wants to write to their vassals. k

Using the current All Nobles of your region does the same thing. I assume it also sends messages to those nobles that are allocated to your region but don't have an oath.

Indeed, you can write to all of either your region or your duchy.
