I don't remember the precise number, but the most I've seen was in Anacan during the final battle for the Antoza Commonwealth on FEI.

How does everyone RP an adventurers gear? What im getting at is basically the costs. Once you have spent all the gold needed for 100% gear thats like 250 gold or more for the single skill set. Near 500 gold for both adventuring and combat gear. How does that compare to say a nobles gear or even a lords. In my mind 100% combat gear is some pretty good stuff. Perhaps rivaling even a lords. Now I know nobles do not need to "buy" armor and weapons but I dont ever really hear anyone describing their nobles equipment. For adventurers on the other hand this is done by some as we have something to gauge our descriptions against.
Nonsense.
As long as the region you are in does not suffer from starvation, there is absolutely no effect from provisions. If the city isn't starving, you can stay in it forever.
It could also be quite localized, like heavy rains on a battlefield that would render infantry quite impaired since they are stuck in the mud. Again, being on the receiving end may be infuriating, but it has happened in the past.
I'd be happy for some input on two questions:
- interface - where to provide these options best? I think it should be limited to people you've interacted with, so somewhere in the message system?
- effects - brainstorm, please.
Huh. Exile implies they're cut off from any income, can't raise troops, etc. Effectively, an exiled noble is a nobody with absolutely no power who's been kicked out of his nation and left to his own devices. Getting taxes or having an estate - period - is completely opposite of what exile is or implies. Exile should mean what its supposed to mean, that you're cut off and need to find another realm to live in because you're getting absolutely nothing from where you were exiled from.
Feel free to exile or assassinate them.
