Maybe try to avoid conflating what different people said. Nor are Zakky and Aeneas admins of the game. Zakky is supposed to be helping with maps. And Aeneas is a forum mod.

It was supposed to be light hearted but maybe there is more truth in it then... just don't send the Daimons at us

Well it didn't help, but I put more blame on the government. They didn't set up flag, realm name, governmen titles beyond the boring "general etc" except for the ruler himself. And then the ruler starts ordering everyone around when there is a General and actually 'F*cks* up as well with settings. When pointed out (granted we were not very friendly during pointing it out :p) it leads to the banishment of 2 of the more active nobles of the realm.

Really... 20 players didn't come up with an RP and it's my fault because I kept my title after the elections when you should already have had an idea what your RP  was... I have to think you are joking here...

As to joining Ikalak. .. Firstly TRAITOR LOL

Secondly that takes most of the games administration to ikalak... I wonder if the Daimons will be attacking the south lol

Tell 10 people that there is a book on a table and you will end up with 10 different books... I get you may have had ideas about how realms would take the RP directions... but it's a starting point that people see differently I guess.

I tried hard not to step on Taselak's toes... they are the new theocracy in theory... keeping a title really shouldn't steal their thunder... particularly considering I was the only one titled Pythia and the rest had alternative titles.

For insulting Bo Dodger the King of Taselak.

He didn't change titles of general, judge and banker + didn't choose Taselak's full name + was sending orders out despite not being a general + didn't even provide people with what RP the realm was going for now that Pythia RP got stolen by someone in Sandalak.

Argued with Bo about it then Bo started to say something about Exxios has witnessed King's mercy and command etc. So Exxios pushed it by saying he has witnessed King's incompetence. He kept hitting the button until the judge finally banished Exxios.

Hey!! We've followed our RP. - can't blame us for this one... we're godless as directed!

I was Kronogos of Nivemus for a good long while and to this day I have problems spelling the other government positions...

Now I'm leading Nothoi.... and similar problem lol

I find myself refering to "The Judiciary" a lot, or "theMilitary" so nobody knows I can't spell... I also have the whole 'call me Dave' thing going on because I find my own title hard to spell - thank goodness its a democracy or I wouldn't get away with it at all...

Taselak started out with as many characters as Sandalak did, no more than a 1-character difference. Only Ikalak started out with an advantage, but even with a starting advantage, they've gained more new players than others.

There were no alliances between realms last time (all 3 locked into war) and they still formed teams against each other, so its not like they couldn't do the same still. But yes, with limited communication it is harder to coordinate cooperation, so hopefully we see more 1vs1vs1 instead of 2vs1.

EDIT: another idea crossing me mind on ikalak general title idea - First Sea Lord, like the First Captain.

I'm going to sound like I m bemoaning things here which I'm not because it is what it is and will move as it does.

Giving a numerical advantage at start up makes it more likely that a realm will recruit more based on  the likelihood of playing with individuals you may know already and like. So a tilt from the start will have an early influence... ongoing that will change hopefully. Money and land advantages are far less than the advantage of a greater number of nobles.

Taselak and Ikalak started out with more than us Sandies.  We had 4 or 5 less than the others in start up which impacts ongoing numbers too.

Still the best though lol
