Obviously I can't speak for Dominic, but at the moment I don't think any of us would have any interest in fighting tMP, we're just annoyed that they're bitching about the Zuma when they live an ocean away. It's funny you should say that though, my advy is a member of tMP and the messages going around there make me think that Lurians definitely don't understand the Zuma.

That makes me wonder if the whole continent could be reversed somehow. Imagine a continent-wide war against the Zuma, but with the Moot fighting on the Daimon side. I could easily imagine the Eastern continent being burned to the ground, while the West becomes the new settling point, and then we expand again, in the opposite direction from when Dwilight was founded.

Or the wiki, which is considered ingame isn't it? Or am I just terribly confused.

As far as getting Aurvandil to relinquish their claim to the Tower goes, I'm pretty sure they don't actually claim it, though I may be wrong.

I'm not sure on the northward push, I suspect that would be debated quite a bit. Either way, we are fairly set on having Evanburg, but we've lent it to Aurvandil for the moment.

You do know we let them have it, right?

Barca is fairly similar to Terran, but with a rather activist Suffete wielding a large amount of power. It happens that Julius is not a particular fan of SA, largely, if I understand correctly, because he is concerned about it gaining political power, not because he has some sort of theological issue with it.

In order to have a theocratic republic, we would have to have a state religion. I honestly don't even know what religion Julius is.

Production went back up to comparable levels within a day anyway, so it worked out.

I did switch duchy allegiance, that was exactly it. Thanks for the help!

That does still seem like a bug though, especially since it doesn't warn you until it's too late.

Helpline / Estate Settings
August 28, 2011, 06:33:15 AM
So I'm the lord of a region on Dwilight that was recently captured from the rogues and we've been building it up from scratch. I set my own estate to focus on production, which has worked out great, but today I got a message that not enough estates were supporting production, and production dropped 10%. My first thought was that population had risen so much that my estates weren't enough, but after further examination it looks like my own estate suddenly changed to idle.

I'm fairly sure that I did not set my estate to idle, is there anything else which could have caused this? Do estates automatically idle after being left alone for some time? Or did I just accidentally tell my estate to idle?

I suppose they would have access only to RCs which would be likely to be lower quality, but the quality wouldn't actually decrease, which I think is a miscommunication.

Buccaneers would likely suit you, it cover their alleged villainy and their landlubberliness.

Is Aurvandil going to be alive much longer? It seemed like it for a bit, but the talk in the Madinan civil war thread seems to indicate otherwise. But maybe that's just Madinans talking themselves up.

Yeah the way I see it, selling a rural's food to Barca can probably make just as much gold as Nark can.
