Hi there,

So I just found this game today voting for another on one of those mmo list websites.
I created an account and logged in.  Did the little bit I could as a new lord then logged out.
Went to log back in and it would not let me.  Said either invalid email or password.
I have the correct email since I received the welcome to game and activate screen in the inbox of that email.
I tried password 3 times and got same error message 3 times.  Which is weird since I always use same password in all the hundreds of games I play over the years.  Yes lots and lots of grey hairs.
So I hit reset password and get an inbox message for new password.
Now I type in email again and I copy and paste the new random generated password I got from password reset.
Still gives me the same error message either no player exists or incorrect password.
I have tried this three times now again.
So I am scratching my head what to do now???
I can not even request new password reset since it has not been 24 hours.
