There was a lot on the line in this duel, but in the end Trabiccola's execution was avenged.

Kudos to Matt, player of Menelaus for accepting. Too often duel challenges are discarded for fear of losing a power position but being both in one (though his was arguably better ), I think this was one of the more exciting duels I've witnessed. Probably because I took part in it myself though...

It was a bit disappointing to wake up this morning to see that my character had died from the duel but hey, there was always a chance of that outcome when it is to the death.  And while I admit that I was hesitant to accept, I'm glad that I did for it was still fun to do.  Thanks for the challenge!

If I could have a second character on Dwilight, I would definitely join up with the Watch.  Unfortunately, my character is currently in the middle of a war with Asylon... which means that I am helping give you 40 nobles with the destruction of Asylon.   

On a side note, my character is getting up there in age so if he dies, I'll make another noble and put him/her on the Watch.

Helpline / Is there a character limit with bulletins?

I was editing the judge's bulletin today when I noticed something got cut off that I originally had on there after I added a line. 

Has there always been a character limit and I just never noticed it before?  Is this a bug or is this something new that was recently added?

With this in mind, anyone want to change their guesses on which realm is going to be lost first?

Asylon... Niselur... I'm looking at the two of you.  Then again, I noticed today that the Zuma are getting hit with monsters so maybe this will cause them to take over other lands and claim them as their own?

So it has been about 2 weeks since this was first posted.  Since I've never dealt with the magistrates (and as such, is unfamiliar with the process), what is the typical time for deliberation and sentencing? 

I don't want to make you guys feel like I am trying to rush you or anything.  I am just curious and I haven't heard anything in a while.

I think I'm going to have my character abducting all Asylonian sheep that has ran away from the north, and found a prosperous wool industry in southern Dwilight 

We could use some nice wool sweaters and blankets up here in the North.  Especially with this coldness coming in.

All seriousness, these notices are quite intriguing.  Even more so since it appears that my character is going to be in the thick of it if what these signs are pointing towards actually indicate where this is going to start.

This complaint seems to be more out of OOC reasons as the player complaining is one who was ridiculed by the ruler for supporting a region lord who allowed his region to starve and got kicked out due to the region loosing control.

Unless the player of Ragnar has multiple accounts within Morek (which I thought was against the rules of Dwilight... please correct me if I am wrong), Ragnar has made no complaints after the fines were issued.  Really, the only person complaining that was directly effected is the player of Estoole (unless Daniel has multiple accounts within Morek). 

From my stand point, Daniel saw something that he thought was wrong and brought it to everyone's attention.  I do not fault him on this as it would look poorly to be upset/fault someone who thought he was doing the right thing. 

For what it is worth, if I had thought that what I did was hindering any player's IR, I would had never have even considered fining a character. 

I guess I had nothing really new to add to this conversation so if anyone has any questions for me, I'm here to answer any.

Court bug still present in Dwilight...or at least it is for me here in Morek.
