See Chénier, we are already developing ideas, I toss things out, you use superior knowledge and experience with the game to build a working model.

A monster slaying realm wouldn't need tons of regions, so it would likely given regions away as it pushed further in to those long displaced.

Dwilight / Plans you have for if the war ends...

My character's plan for if the war can end, is to try and get the resources necessary to take back one of the rouge cites like Paisly or Libidizedd and form the monster slaying realm of Dwilight (No Name Yet) and do exploration, monster slaying, and region reclomation for the people of Dwilight.

South Island / Re: Saving Ikalak was a waste of effort

I'm in Ikalak and after finally being ready to move again, no orders were given other than tend you lands and wait for us to come up with a plan. I feel like many, that once this WI ends, the reboot will be great because we will be past all the stupidity of people playing this like it's Atamara or any of the other Islands. But Ikalak now isn't going to win anything other than the lemming award. Also, totally agree with no ruler channel.

Dwilight / Re: Noble density per realm - Dwilight
« on: September 13, 2014, 05:43:59 PM »
Indeed. The loss of the West did amputate D'Hara of a significant portion on its land, namely its grainbasket. Which stacks with the loss of the Madinian holdings.

I think we do have a bit more nobles than before, but I don't attribute any of it to the destruction of the West. At least, not for now. If Barcans and Asylonians decide to join us, then the answer will become yes. And they could yet do so: becoming city knights in a wealthy realm can have a lot more perks than going to Morek and being poor lords at the edge of the world and in a realm with little perspective for fun. And unlike Morek, D'Hara has a lot of potential activities for when the war ceases, because we have both the motive (reclaiming of lost lands, revival of Maroccidentalism, cultural integration of new nobles) and the possibility (wealthy cities, proximity, developed infrastructure) to field armies and try to set up establishments where the rogues now thrive. On the other hand, if all of the Asylonians and Barcans go to Morek for easy lordships, then Dwilight will not have gained anything at all, save for the insanely low density realm to become a somewhat less but still insanely low density realm.

This is actually what brought me to D'Hara, was that after this war ends, they have the resources and activity to help me with the goal of creating something awesome, such as a monster slaying realm that does expeditions into the west and tries to take back the lands from the beasts.

It will be what it will be, I'm not really worried about it, my own fault for not typing slowly.

So question, is there anyway for me to change the realm name, I misclicked when doing it and hit enter instead, I kinda wanted to name the realm Lacirithia.

Anyway, Ignoring Motosuwa's whine about the banner. I use to play back around 2009-2011 time frame. When I finally came back, I brought back the old family, and their whole purpose it to bring change to Atamara. Seeing as how Carelia, Darka, and Eston don't exist anymore, and my character Wyscot found the Sword of Betrayal and it is influencing him, I'm using this as a stepping stone to cause trouble and liven up the north some more, most likely this realm will fall, or maybe it will take down Rieleston with some help, but who knows, but I've cast some die and want to see how far I can take this. Mostly I follow the creed when playing BM, chaos breeds activity.

Dwilight / Re: Is Morek dying?

My experience there was similar, it's going to collapse in on itself soon, which I can only see as good, because it will allow for more active, if smaller realms to pop up.
