Summary:
Elder members of guilds should receive a report similar to the "Temples and Shrines Upkeep" that gets sent out for religions.
Benefits:
Elder members of guilds have no insight into what the Global Treasury (or local balance) looks like without visiting a guildhouse, and drilling down into the Treasury sub-menu.
Possible Downsides/Exploits:
It stomps on realism, but as Tom mentioned at http://wiki.battlemaster.org/wiki/Feature_Requests/Religion_Treasury_Report (a similar feature), "...I think gameplay trumps realism and so yes, why not."
