Development / colonies and the punishment fo starvation from war

Could you please, PRETTY PLEASE, put the new code on the colonies,   We have multiple realms that have spent a week or weeks working on stabilizing regions because of the starvation hit.

I want to get back to fighting!

Wetham of the colonies (no one turn bashing please)

Is looking for good looking, ugly looking, rich, poor, crazy, insane, normal nobles to come join its realm.  We are currently at war with Porkun  (Portion and Lukon) in a territorial dispute over the Region of Asker.

As King there is council positions open (General) along with eventual region positions and Marshal and Vice Marshal positions.   One turn is not as bad as you think as your strategies face a greater challenge from it.   

We are a small realm that will always be looking to fight to keep things fun.

Possible Downsides/Exploits
       Does it really matter on such a low pop island and one turn a day?  Besides the Colonial Senate can make sure that there is no abuse of such functions.

Honestly your glacier examples are to weak with almost zero impact (yes I know example).  Do it right by have it go overboard then have it  recede  back as needed. 

You wiped out the west side of Dwilight,  then you can do the same to the rest.   

50 to 60 percent would do.  I would even let the monsters leak in Dwilight more just to make it harder for the realms there to fight off the incursion.  But go BIG!

Development / new player idea

So I was thinking along the lines of the better video games out there for getting new players going, Games like Starcraft and Warcraft no matter what version always had a tutorial mission.  Would it not be beneficial to create something for that for a new players.

Example of mission.  You are in your familys region of LALA,  your first task will be to travel to your realms capital which is MAMA,  Your travel route will be LALA to DADA to MAMA.  Once you arrive you earn 20 gold.

Now I know, your rewarding them for moving, well yes it is a new player and you want to do things that say, okay cool now what.   Then you can have them do other missions such as recruit, so don't give a new player to the game a unit and do not give them to much gold to start.  These basic quests can help teach about the game and get them acquainted first before they interact to much with the realm.  The quests should cover the basics no more no less in my opinion over a weeks time period.

As you are relaxing, a messenger comes to you with dire news: your manor in Lukon has been stormed by a mob of fanatics of Horde of Honor, led by The Rogue Lucius Domitius, Priest of Horde of Honor, and burned to the ground. Your servants were unable to save anything inside, and some were even killed in the chaos.

Lucivar hands shook with rage and the anger he felt would made anyone hesitate to approach him.
The Domitius family would be dealt with as the actions of Lucius proved one thing to Lucivar, they lacked honor and they lacked accountability for their actions.   So be it he thought and sent out a proclamation to all those in Lukon, “Innocent people of Lukon have died for his dishonorable act.  From this day forward, the SaDiablo family declares a blood feud against the Domitius family. 
This will not be forgiven nor forgotten...  bring me Lucius..


Dispatching a messanger for his family estate in Frundi, the letter said “Inform Oramus SaDiablo of the Morek Empire of what has occurred on this island to the family and tell him Crixus Domitius is somewhere on the island of Dwilight.  Once he is found, plan on challenging him to a duel to the death and erase him from the Domitius line.  That will pay back what he owes the family.

Lucivar knew there were more members of the Domitius family out in the large world but he needed time to find them all.  The SaDiablo’s would win this blood feud in the end.  That much he was certain of, honor was on their side.

With those actions done,  Lucivar sat down to start planning the future execution of Lucius Domitius… Too bad Sadi SaDiablo was not the executioner; there would be no limit to his imagination compared to himself.  Of course it depending on Lucius being captured.

Development / Nirlony (Colonies)

Why can you not travel from Lukon City to Nirlony.  Theres a bridge connecting them but it is not an option.  My character is in Lukon at the moment.  The route it suggest is 3 turns going to Divedur to Adaria to Nirlony.
