Helpline / error 504 gateway timout

Hi, every time I try to access www.battlemaster.org from my laptop or desktop computerI receive the message error 504 gateway timeout. No matter what I do I can't seem to access the website.
I do not know if it is relevant but my wife and I had to leave town for a family emergency which resulted in our characters being paused for inactivity.
when we came back home was the first time that I had this problem and have not been able to play the game or access the website ever since.
