Helpline / Can you start a new Religion

The realm I belong I would like to start another religion for my people.  I couldn't find anything about starting a new but only joining an old.  Church of Humanity is all we have.  I would like to either join another or start a new. 

WIKI page hasn't been helpful so looking for directions.

I can't become a priest with out a religion. 

Looking for guidance.

Who do I need if any to explain that my son has joined the game on the same IP.  I assume this will be an issue.  Please contact me.
