Feature Requests / Bulk buy adventure gear

Hi,

This may have been suggested before but if not...

Like the title says. Allow adventurers to bulk buy improvements to combat/adventure gear. Perhaps offer bundles of 5% or 10%

Currently Advies spend an hour haggling over an item that is 1% better then another hour haggling over another 1%.... I may be misunderstanding things but surely it would be more realistic for said advie to go in and say I have 20 gold can I get a 5% upgrade which I will haggle over for an hour instead of spending 5 hours over each 1% upgrade to achieve the same thing.

PRO's - saves advie hours for more interesting things such as hunting and sleeping lol.

EXPLOITS - I guess an advie might sell an item to a 'friendly' noble for over the odds and be gifted more money than they should be allowing them to progress their gear faster than is appropriate... however this should even out over time regardless... they'd still need to train.

Hey,

Thinking of moving my priest character to the Colonies in the next few days.  Just wondering if there are any active religions in the colonies.  I have looked at the Wiki, but it is often out of date... Where if there are religions are they based? and is there an area that is just all pagan and ripe for some sort of conversion... It's a character I like with a pretty well established RP so any religion would have to fit...

Just need to know if you can emigrate a character from a land locked city. My priest will need to change class to leave but won't be able to move if I do change class...

Also what happens if you therefore don't move a character? ? I've had no warnings or anything and haven't ead anything that says what 8s what only that everyone needs to be down to one noble by today 21st...

Is it broken.  The updated realm boxes that list info like capital and regions and government position holders seems broken right now and has been for a few weeks/months in my experience? Maybe its just my browser...

The following is a run down of role plays from various players at the wedding of Catherine the Queen of Nivemus and Garas the usurper of a new realm based around Oligarch on East Continent.

It's quite a politically charged situation with huge potential for diplomatic fall out.

I tried to find a way to make the role plays which have begun to evolve side threads in a logical fashion and failed miserably so I will instead report them as they were and are being written, hope you enjoy.

The maunts shuffled uncomfortabley daring not meet her eyes.

Kristina was exhausted, her hair clung to her face and her clothing dripped with sweat.

"Tell me the words again..." she breathed, almost inaudible.

The young Mother of Gadlock pulled at her hand: "Mi'Lady, no... it is the blackest of arts... please..."

She turned unseeing eyes and pallid damp flesh to stare at the maunt: " Tell me the Dagda Witch's words... it is Ora's will..." And it was Ora's will, no matter how it weakened her with the speaking, the words must be said and said again until Ora's will was done.

I was wondering if there was any negative effects to a knight becoming rogue and maintaining that status for a prolonged period of time other than the obvious financial implications.

If not, perhaps there should be, say every week the knight loses 2 points of honor and 1 point of prestige, until a point when the figures reach X and Y when the night becomes un-recognisable as nobility and joins the adventurer game. 

I think there should be some function for downward mobility and this would be a way of doing this.  You could also end up with the situation that you could develop a whole new set of roles for adventurer infiltrators (assassins) adventurer-traders (smugglers) adventurer-diplomats (spies) adventurer cavaliers (horsemen - could have improved movement) adventurer heroes (could perhaps have a rally function to rally peasants against full rogue attacks or something).  It could really add interest to the adventurer game and make them a more viable class within a realm.

It would also strengthen the rulers power to exile nobles, they become rogue and gradually lose face themselves unless they leave, just as the ruler loses face when they do not.

I just think it is unrealistic to think that a noble is always a noble regardless of their activities or lack thereof.
