Helpline / Nifelheim Food Production

I know cities are supposed to produce less food but I think something is wrong with Nifelheim, it has more than 60k population and only produces one bushel of food, right now an investment has been made, production is over 100% and it is producing two bushels of food, for reference Springdale with 44k population and production at good is producing eleven bushels of food.

Helpline / Cant change allegiance of region

I want to change the allegiance of the region I am lord, but I get the message that I need at least 2 weeks in the realm to do this, I have been for way longer in my realm, maybe it has something to do with me being imprisoned last week, is there a way this can be fixed so I can change the allegiance of my region?
