I've amassed a bountiful amount of family gold. If one of my characters needs this, how can I transfer some to them? Is it possible?

Good day all,

I have a character that is a Lord in Beluaterra and have recently attempted to update the region description for which I am Lord for.

Does this need to proof read by an admin prior to approving as I have clicked update but the description does not show.
