Beluaterra / Re: Riombara is dead!

I would argue that the idea of Riombara died when they changed to a monarchy. Nonetheless, the final six months of Rio's existence was a drawn-out car crash with how dysfunctional the atmosphere became (arguably due to a few toxic dukes).

Just from looking at the wiki, why is http://wiki.battlemaster.org/images/WestContinent-Large-Geo.jpg not the full size geo map referred to in the OP?

Regarding this situation, I don't see why Westgard can be okay with their ruler spewing aggressive garbage on the rulers channel for MONTHS and then be so surprised about the logical consequences. Having had to read the copy-pasted messages for so long in my character's feed, I don't really have a ton of sympathy.

The Caligan king has also done a spectacularly poor job of getting buy-in from the nobles so a lot of people sat home.

Yeah that's right. However, you need to add the "title" attribute.

Hi,

This is a small usability suggestion regarding army banners. Would it be possible to add a title property to the <img> tag with the army's name? This would help in scout and battle reports to make the armies more distinct.

The entire Riombara peninsula and islands area is pretty superfluous to the continent at large, especially after the terribly thought-out sinking of the island bridge connecting with the north past Melegra.

I think Caligus is in the awkward position of having too much power and too few ways to use it responsibly. There was considerable realm outcry to put the brakes on the Oligarch war after it was very clear the tides had turned as many didn't want to continue a war of destruction. I think this is the main reason Fallangard hasn't been bombed to death but man is that an awkward realm location. The problem really is that the three central powers are all linked in some way and prevents interesting balanced conflicts in the north or south. I'm curious to see what the new High King will do with that.

While I can understand that limitation if the realm has a capital already, it seems gratuitous when the realm does not.

After Grehk seceded from Rio, the capital of Rio is still displayed as Grehk. Further, the ruler is unable to move the capital because

You can not move your capital here while there is unrest or war.
Why is this the case?

Hi,

This recently happened in Riombara:
Quote
Gold disappearing   (5 hours, 42 minutes ago)
Something fishy is going on in Riombara. The tax books appear to have been tampered with and some gold is missing from the chests.

I was subsequently informed that this is 100% IC proof that the banker did it. We all know OOCly that the banker clicked the button, but the message reads so generically that ICly it seems more vague than that. I and others have argued that this could be RPed as corrupt tax officials, etc. I don't really know BM etiquette anymore so would love clarification.

Thanks

We've got 60k CS of them interspersed through our regions alone. No idea when the big IVF killer is going to show up and bop us.
