Helpline / Rogue horde not causing damage to region?

In the region of Tindle/Beluaterra there is a horde of 90 undead (2,300 cs). They are not looting or causing any damage to the region. I haven't seen any reports of them killing peasants or hurting production. Looking at the region page Tindle is Cheerful, Loyal and Thriving for region stats.

The daily region reports don't mention anything related to them:
Tindle: The population is growing 70 people through new births and immigrations. Some people consider the tax rate as too high. Morale rises 2%.
Tindle: The population is growing 66 people through new births and immigrations. Some people consider the tax rate as too high. Morale rises 5%.

Beluaterra / Beluaterra Map

I know that an actual change to Beluaterra's map is unlikely since it would be a lot of work on Tom and the Dev team.

But, it would be interesting if when the blight is removed the areas under blight were changed. I imagine areas previously fertile being badlands and parts sunk into the ocean by earthquakes or other forces. The west has the largest area under blight. I could imagine parts of it under water and islands or a new mountain range.
