No its not.  When did knights become peasants?  When did knights start doing manual labor in the fields?  Reread his post, I'll wait.  It sounds like he is proposing some sort of mini-game where you play a peasant who works in the fields.  Do you mean this to be a sort of mini-game?  Sounds like farmville or some other facebook style game?

I have to ask, what systems do you have?  To keep you busy until big titles release you could if you have a PS3 I suggest taking a look at the PS Store, when the online comes back that is, it has a ton of really cool arcade style games.  Plants VS Zombies, Horde, Might and Magic Clash of Heroes, previous Resident Evil titles, Castle Crashers, Age of Booty, Mushroom Wars, Dungeon Alliance, Fat Princess, Risk Factions, original Castlevanias including Sympthony of the Night, and such. The xbox has that Magic the Gathering Duals Planes something thats cool.

If cohesion is kept once a unit becomes militia that should probably be added as well.

On the chart that describes the militia in your region from the miltia disband page, could you add range and militia type to that chart?  Currently you can't tell range at all and the only way to know if it infantry or not is to jump back and forth between the region description page and that disband militia command page.

Could you not just change the links on the bar?  So for Battlemaster instead of battlemaster.org change it to the core login link.  For instance right now for Battlemaster the login link on the core page is "http://battlemaster.org/coreauth.php?action=login" if you are not logged in and try to go there it'll just go to the core login screen and then on successful login will go straight to the user details page.  So if logged in and on the forum for instance and click battlemaster with the new link it would go straight to the user details page, which seems more preferable.

Is the top bar supposed to bring you to the home page and not your actual logged in account/logged in home page?  I feel like it should bring you into the logged in part of the system and not the main page.  If I go to core login, login, then go to my battlemaster, once I'm done checking my battlemaster I tend to come to the Forum so I click Forum on the top bar and it brings me to the forum but as a guest.  So to be logged in I have to go back to core and login.  Which I believe is why the log in button is there, but if I've done my battlemaster then my forum and want to see battlemaster again clicking the top bar battlemaster brings me to the main page and not my account.

It just seems that the bar was created to make switching between sites easier and quicker where it actually seems I have to go to the same number of pages to get logged in as before.

I agree which is why I said some training.  But my point still stands even though you mention that one small point, your men would still have plenty of time to themselves like when you sit in a region with 12 hours because they have no orders and are just waiting around so they hang out and their morale goes up a bit.

Sea travel is hard because it uses your hours to travel even though it should use the boats, let me explain further.  The boat is traveling whether your in your cabin on deck because the boat has its own crew you aren't the crew.  So if your men would have loads of time to themselves because of the fact they aren't doing anything, except that doesn't happen because your time pool is being used up traveling.  Heck some training could even be done without interupting the sailing, but I have a feeling coding a system of travel that doesn't use your hours but uses another set of hours would be difficult.  I also have no coding experience in which to make that statement on.

I'm disappointed that the one I downloaded from Steam was fully updated because that took away the sweet combo of First Strike, Lightning Strike, and Cold Strike.  It was always awesome to have a chance of making the guy attacking you lose either his turn with lightning or a smaller chance of being frozen for 3 turns with cold, but Heroes can no longer get First Strike :'(
