I bet the adventurer in question doesn't even possess any unique items...

Sounds like a good game though  ;D

Netherworld Daemons and thier daemon worshipping allies (Dominorum, Spearhold and Borodo Acah) at war against the rest of the island.
Beware, the judges on both sides quite happily deal out justice ^-_-^

My favourite island at the moment, good fun.

The RP possibilities for my character could be fun.

Plus the only monsters I ever remember having been described by GMs, the hordes of Gilgamesh, were humanoid.

There is of course the: Demonic spiders, demonic badgers...demonic lots of strange things on Beluaterra

BM General Discussion / Re: Question regarding accidental messages

With a bit of imagination, anyone can roleplay a situation where a character can gain information to use in-game, whereupon the information came from an OOC source.
You have to accept that OOC information gets used within game, even by those who desperately try their best to keep things separate, things slip by.

As Anaris said, it doesn't mean it's morally right.
It's just one of those things that i guess we all have to accept happens from time to time, as it's impossible to eliminate.

If you would have taken it, you would at least have offered it as a present to my char right...?

...And simply throw away all those prestige points! I am not that reckless am I?.....Oh hold on a minute...   :P

Well, I never said it was a good plan.

I'm not here to tell you how to do your job: just to make sure that if you decide to hang yourself, the rope's ready and waiting. ;D

That's fine, I am becoming pretty well accustomed at this self-hanging lark  8)

You descend down into the dungeons, where prisoners of the realm are held.
Pretending to speak of something private with your prisoner, you dismiss the guards and enter the cell alone, and it's just right there - the Oily Shield of Ginas's Organs - carefully borne by Remorse on his person. You threaten him to surrender to you whatever items of value he bears, but he is resolute enough to drive back your intimidation. Balked and in the fullness of your fury, you brandish your weapon, throw propriety to the wind, and descend to outright brigandage! To your surprise however, you are losing it - even though you are better equipped. A blow suddenly lands right on your cranium the hard way and you sink into the sea of unconsciousness.

You regain yourself a few hours later, but the guards inform you that they found only you lying in the cell, with the prisoner long gone. The absurdity of your action and performance soon spreads, and you take a heavy loss of 6 prestige along with 20 honour.

I have problems accessing the bugtracker, hence why I have posted here.

For 3 turns I have tried to steal an item from a prisoner.
I get either of the following messages:

You give up for the moment, but perhaps you will come back to this one again later.

With the last message I lose an hour of my time.

This turn I have tried 8 times (and probably about the same last turn). I have had each message 4 times each (lost 4 hours so far). I can go to the dugeons as many time as I want to attempt to steal the item as long as I have the hours to do so.

I have had no loss of honour or prestige. It just doesn't seem right. I would have thought you could only attempt it maybe once per turn and suffer or be rewarded with whatever result it comes back with. I don't know if the prisoner recieves messages about my attempts (if so, his mailbox will be spammed with my numerous attempts)

I considered this to be a good opportunity for RP, hence the order to have Sabre captured.

I am thinking of trying something a bit different. Without giving too much away at present, there will be a 50/50 chance of death or release for Sabre.

RP's like this, I normally send to all judges. I do believe that Ameria often shares these with Nothoi, so I expect your other characer will likely see the upcoming RP's anyway (if not then contact Usul or Josep, or ask Ameria directly)

In the meantime... Josep please feel free to share my little RP of Usul getting the message of the murdered priest and kidnapped boy.

I guess I will make a start on the next set of RP's tonight ;)

Feature Requests / Approved: Talk to all prisoners
« on: October 13, 2016, 06:17:33 PM »
A simple request:

The ability to yell at all prisoners at the same time.
When several of your prisoners are making a scene in the dungeons, it would be nice to go down and yell at them all to shut up!

There may be times when the judge would like to make an announcement for all to hear, rather than talking to each one individually. Could possibly add to the RP experience.

I don't see any flaws, but I'm sure someone will slap me down :)

Feature Requests / Allow a character to RP after death
« on: September 13, 2016, 01:46:47 AM »
As far I know, when a character dies, they can no longer send messages.
Perhaps allow that character to access the RP message box for a few days. This allows them to at least RP their death and maybe allow them to read any return RP's.
