Cant lose with Immortal's like Kurlock, Judge's like Saliv and Great warriors like Klas, Misty, Enkimahru and all the other people who have wounded anyone, actualy cant lose with anyone that is in Sandalak :3

Hero B kills hero A at the same time.

Though you also have to take in account the RC's in these border regions, if one of the realm loses a lot of its borders then they will have less troops total to refit with, which means that the other side gets a bigger and bigger advantage with slightly more gold, more troops to choose from, everyone can recruit max as long as they have gold. And this means that they get more and more RC's and gold from those regions they can take with this boost. So the capital cant stand out indefinetly because they will run out of people in the RC's.

Title: Unit Cohesion from Civil Work

Summary: Your unit will gain some cohesion if they perform civil work.

Details: When you perform civil work then your unit can gain 1 or 2 points of cohesion, as they are after all working together to do something, so they talk with eachother some more and get to know eachother better, maybe even make cohesion affect how much effect civil work will have on them and the region.

Benefits: It could make the gain of cohesion a bit easier and civil work more beneficial for the unit and for the region aswell if it affects how well they do civil work.

Downsides/Exploits: Cohesion is not that hard to gain already, you usualy get atleast 1 point from training 6 or 8 hours anyways and the battles also increase it, so this could cause training to be useless if your unit has enough experience to not gain much from training, currently the gain would be cohesion, but if this gets added you can just perform civil work instead.
Though i cant come up with any possible exploits as you couldnt perform both civil and training effectivly in the same turn, usualy it is one or the other.

Well you can already slightly go over max pop, but thats so small amount and very inconsitent and will soon drop of that it doesnt matter really, thought i would just point it out tho. That people can come to your region from other regions, Axzaloc is currently at 2809/2800, it could potentialy get into the hundreds but its still pretty small amounts. And they will soon just leave again :-/

So a bit off topic. But why not just make it so that peasants would start complaining more and more and more the longer you were at peace, and it would be harsher the bigger you were. So that small realms that cant attack anything wont lose everything they have, atleast not nearly as fast.
And maybe some bonuses to peasants for winning a war? Like a bit extra production for winning a war. And not wars where you declare war and then peace out imediatly, like it would have to last some while.
This way everyone would be like norse in CK 2 :P
Tho there can easily become problems where a realm really cant attack anything and just becomes weaker and weaker the longer goes on.

Why make it complicated, just think that our archers dont fire enough shots to run out, or that once they do we have camp followers who bring extra ammo, thats a thing.
And i personaly saw a battle last 14 turns quite recently, tho the reason was that my 2 friends, 1 SF the other archer ran away, so the undead reached my archers, and we just hit eachother for low hits each turn, they had only about 5 left so they did minimal damage, and archer suck at meele so we did minimal damage, like 1 kill every other turn :P

Stuff may happen on Atamara soon. Right now peasants are complaining in Talerium about the Tara and CE alliance already, so that may make stuff happen, but idk.
And Talerium is decently fun even now, atleast in my opinion.
