Wow, I see Allisons name mentioned a lot!   

This whole war has been a rather interesting turn of events.  Allison might make it out of this in good shape.   Seeing Baal paraphrase Allison in his war declaration made me laugh.   The best part is that Morek will get Aegir back without losing any men and Allison gets to go to Astrum and fight Caerwyn.  The thing she has been trying to do for /years/

Allison was the one who tried to spark this war anyways. But I do enjoy the thought of Allison joining Astrum! Realms with her tend to crumble

Allison crossed into Astrum territory.  Can't wait to lay the smack down on some of those heathens from Caerwyn

Can't wait to actually see Astrum do something smart in this war so far.  I wonder when they realize how hard it is to fight a two-front war and what a great position Caerwyn if it comes to a defensive war.

Without a doubt. Rowan was by far the leading voice of moderation in the Church. A number of the long time Elders are also moderate in their outlook including the current Regent, but they don't have the sway that Rowan did. With his death it is quite likely that the Church will be whipped up into a frenzy.

And because of this, SA will only get a bad rep. There's already a lot of bad propaganda going around for SA already...

I did not, as I do not often write RPs about my characters unless I have someone else to RP with, but nonetheless that is probably the back story I will use for a new character.

It's fun to come back with a different to Dwilight and has a background there. Channing's history wasn't all too well. He got screwed up with the maddening star then went onto betray Norland, then get backstabbed by BoM in the process. It was like karma got back at him haha! Hyperion is a lot more fun to play as I've learned a lot since then

I highly recommend the tutorial Anaris posted early in the thread. Make sure you download the game archive they link to. It provides a complete copy of the game as well as a save game you can use. The step by step instruction they provide are great. It is literally impossible to comprehend this game without a detailed, step-by-step tutorial.

The title for the first two lessons are:
Part 1: “WTF?”
Part 2: “No, srsly, WTF?!”

They are very very helpful, but my only problem is that when Im mining to build my fortress the tunnels and rooms are all filled with rocks, I don't know how to remove them so I can plant farms and stuff in there. Captain Duck also doesn't explain it in his videos so far and I can't really go on without help with this problem.

Also don't forget that if they came from almost anywhere in the south they'd have to travel through Astrum to get to Averoth, unless they detoured through Corsanctum and Morek. Either way, they're traveling through a theocracy. Possible without us noticing? Yes. Somewhat unlikely though, particularly since the war began.

That's what infiltrators are for

Yes well, quick for Dwilight  Anyways, military power isn't the only way other realms can contribute. And Astrum has a ton of militia. Their mobile forces aren't all that big as I have seen. Caerwyn also has a very good set up for defense and the main reason Astrum may flounder is the fact that it's a two-front war. At this point they cannot address both but rather one then the other. By the time they get to the second, a lot of damage will have been done. Not to mention the monsters out in Gaston that you tend to have a lot of trouble with.

That would be pretty interesting. If the blighted regions we can't see at all (aka not border-regions) was totally changed up and we had a group of island or all cities under the blight were turned to stone (strongholds) and their stats were changed. Also when the map in revealed, keep it banner-less like Dwilight so we would actually have to search to find out this info.

Marriage would be fun but BM is usually more serious than anything else. I have yet to find a real funny-realm.. and no, never been to the colonies. If I ever secede it's gonna be a funny name
