When Atamara was sunk, many from the Cagilan Empire emigrated there. Not sure about the Dragon King thing.

I think this is a good idea. I've seen several players make do. This feature would make it easier for those players to "make it official". And considering the medieval backdrop of this game, it only makes sense to add a marriage mechanic of some kind. Wasn't marriage important to Medieval cultures?

My second character: Druzil, 2012-10-31, Began his career in Strombran.
3rd Character: Do'Urden, 2013-03-06, Began his career in Outer Tilog (But he did not stay there long. He quickly jumped ship to Beluaterra)
All three are still kicking
