Pokemon: Johto Journeys- Dreams and Nightmares

Johto, the eternal land. Situated west of Kanto and south of Sinnoh, the region boasts the remains of the most ancient civilazation and secrets, if revealed, would change the history of the world forever.

Plot

The vision fades to 15 years ago. . . A boy leaves New Bark Town on an errand for Professor Elm . A red-haired boy steals one of Elm's three Pokémon, and challenges him as the boy's journey across Johto continues. A revived Team Rocket from Kanto, using plans formulated three years prior, enrages many Gyarados, including a red one, at the Lake of Rage; they then proceed to take over the Goldenrod Radio Tower in a desperate attempt to contact Giovanni . When they are defeated and Giovanni fails to return due to Celebi's intervention, the interim leader, Archer, vows to never again re-form Team Rocket. The boy continues to gather Johto's Badges, eventually gaining all eight and traveling to the Pokémon League at Indigo Plateau in Kanto, later to defeat the current Champion and get into the Hall of Fame.
But his most notable effect on Johto lies in his ability to encounter all three of the legendary beasts , as well as summon the Unown, Lugia and Ho-Oh after their long absence. A new chapter in the region's history begins. . . .

15 years have passed. The boy, or as his name was in the Hall of Fame, Ethan helped the Pokémon Rangers and Professors to bring peace and tranquility to Johto and revive and revitalise the region. Under his efforts and guidance, pokemon from other regions were bred and released into the wild. Foundations of a Safary Zone, Observatory, Museum, etc were made and trade flourished. Johto was booming. Seeing his dream come true, he left for Mt. Silver to face the Greatest Trainer of All Time, Red (or Ash), but was never heard from again.. Not in 5 years. . . . .

In the meanwhile, one young man watched over the world. His name was Aerion.. Most importantly, he was the son of Giovanni. Mad at his father's dissapppearance, mae at Archer's betrayal, mad at the worthlessness of Team Rocket, the silent warrior left off with a few loyal Rockets, ones that would lay down their life for him. Hiding from the world and other Rockets, they and their pokemon began the unimaginable training and technological advancement. . . .

Ofcourse Johto was too busy with itself. From the ashes of Team Rocket.. Rose the unbeatable Team Neo. Led by the vengeful Aerion.. They are waiting for the perfect moment to strike at the heart of Johto.. And claim what is rightfully theirs. Can anybody stop this madness? Or will Johto burn in the fires of rage? Will Ethan ever return? The Nights begin..

Supernatural: The Hunt

The Village of Kahuna, surrounded by a lake, mountain range and forest is a cursed land. The villagers are hard working and few, but within them live some evil creatures, the Chiropterans (Vampires) and Lycans (Werewolves), looking forward to suck them dry and eat from head to toe respectively. The villagers outnumber the bad guys but they don't know who are the evil ones, but the evil ones know their pack mates and can work together to even the odds. If it wasn't dire enough for the villagers, there is another evil creature roaming the lands, a mutant (Hybrid) and some villagers cursed to become one. But the villagers have the aid of sorcerers, healers, testers (seers) and hunters to aid in their quest.
The bad guys win if they manage to reach parity with the villagers and destroy all rival packs. The villagers win if they kill all evil ones.

NOTE- Unless otherwise specified, it is Werewolf VI. Enjoy!

Helpline / Shrines
« on: July 28, 2012, 12:18:44 PM »
Guess shrines too have a threshold of followers that can use it. How many shrines do you consider should be built in a region, and to how many followers it can tend?

Helpline / Provisions?
« on: July 24, 2012, 08:23:32 AM »
My BT char is running inside the realm to collect provisions for the units. But they are still at 0%. Do I need to stay in a region to collect provisions?

Newbie Board / What happens to skills?
« on: July 08, 2012, 05:13:26 PM »
Suppose you have a warrior character with x swordfighting skill. You change his class to priest, and you are no longer able to know what your skills are. When you change back to warrior again, does he/she have a detoriated swordfighting skill or again have to start from that lousy 5%?

Helpline / Hero bonus

What bonus does the hero's skill gives to the unit? And does the unit needs to be specific like infantry/melee SF to get swordfighting bonus?

BM General Discussion / What sized realms your characters join?
« on: July 04, 2012, 02:23:30 PM »
The title says for itself. Do you join large realms or small realms?

I prefer to join the smallest realms who are fighting for existence, on the losing side of a war. All my characters are in small realms.

Dwilight / Path to Eternity
« on: July 02, 2012, 07:59:22 AM »
After days of my passionate hard work, Dwilight's newest religion is here. The Earl created its first temple in Fissoa Fields. Still only two noble members and 9 peasant followers.

It is a simple polytheistic religion with a pan(en)theistic base, complete with deities. The main belief is the worship of Mother Nature, through the care of her various aspects.

Note- Funny thing is that the religion is online but only the motto, order ranks and external board are complete so far.

BM General Discussion / Is Dwilight SMA or low fantasy SMA?
« on: May 24, 2012, 07:00:10 PM »
This thing has been bugging me for weeks so I brought up this thread. Dwilight is officially designated as SMA though many non SMA things occur too. Anyway, can we use low fantasy genre terms, things, etc in unit naming, roleplays and as such?

Feature Requests / Splitting of training for ranged units
« on: May 10, 2012, 05:24:29 PM »
Right now training% of ranged units is same for ranged combat and melee combat. I was saying if you could split the training stat into range training% and melee training%. It would make more sense.

Pros - It would open a whole new view of ranged units. People would consider recruiting range 1-2 units if they have decent melee training.

Cons - Mixed infantry would be outdated by archers with high melee training.
