Unique items that provide a bonus to skills do exist albeit are quite rare.

It'd be a realism justification if most of the male characters had the same view on women. It is just a single character who does it, he creates conflict and conflict is good as it lets people to have more interactions with each other. It is perfectly valid in an IC sense.

I'm pretty sure it is a bug. If taxes are near 4-5% then you shouldn't get that message, you'll get "Taxes are so low that the peasants praise their luck". The name of the region and island please?

The thing is, the player of Atanamir was warned multiple times before this perma lock happened. His account was locked for a couple of days two months or so back, probably for the same reason the perma lock happened. So the Titans did give him opportunity to mend his ways, since he continued that behavior so they can't be blamed for locking him. he brought this upon himself.

It's quite funny how using obvious lies has become a part of diplomatic strategy. Never really saw it on BT before (except perhaps Chenier), and it leads to some tricky business for the ones trying to avoid it :p

Everyone already knows that Fronen were attacking Thalmarkin, and we beat you to it (though not really, since we attacked Melhed, not Fronen). Question is only which side people will prefer.

That was what Pavel was going around saying. But the thing is Fronen wasn't going to assault the forces in Jyl. The forces there was to make sure that Thals don't interfere with the TO of Junohep, a sort of scouting party. It failed its purpose as everyone there was more or less inactive (including me).
