« on: April 07, 2020, 09:31:26 PM »
Dropped out of BM a few weeks ago, was working like a dog and didnt have time to log on, and now im out of work for a few weeks or months, who knows? Anyways, I hope you are all well and staying cool in isolation. I am just playing vids, family time and drinking beer, this is actually the nicest scariest time ive had in almost a decade, discovering aspects of life long ignored by work and stress of the rat race.

Some of you may have wondered where I went, some perhaps not so much, ha! Im well, so far.

I hope you guys keep on keeping on, hopefully one day ill log on refreshed. Be well, live long and prosper.

Dwilight / Cult of Bloodmoon rebirth.
« on: January 04, 2019, 01:32:09 AM »
The sacred fruit of holy bloodmoon has been rediscovered on the steep cliffs of the Storms keep. A single stunted wind hardened plant has been taken from the brink of extinction. The Cult rises again, a call out to new priests and men of the sword has gone out across Dwilight!

With war and blood a new age of madness dawns, join us in our sacred revelry!

Dwilight / the rise of the cult of Bloodmoon...
« on: November 01, 2018, 01:26:52 AM »
After a long deep sleep the Green hind has woken from her slumber, the Bloodmoon plant has been most likely eradicated from the east lands and is now something merely remembered in times of far madness mumbled by crazy men in villages and lore to scare children at night. Legend says that in far Vakreno heaps the last orchard rests with plump fruits as large as the heads of horses eaten now by Daimons, the plant has been lost to mankind, stomped out, crushed and its sacred fruit ignored to rot upon the branch...

There light! The Storms keep tower bonfire has been lit once again, some say an ancient man has returned from long sojourn to the keep, a dark swarthy long haired wrinkled and tattooed man wearing the great bear cloak now ragged. Some say they search the cliffs hung on ropes with torches, a  few brave peasants and ancient ones,

Some say they search for Bloodmoon fruit, some say that it would be madness they'll find....

Until then, the light of the Storms keep rises with the moon once again... What will they find?

Beluaterra / Message group size too small
« on: October 07, 2017, 05:26:49 PM »
Is there a way the Dev's could increase the membership list for message groups? Currently we in Fronen have a Senate and each region lord is added to a specific Senate message group but we can't fit them all and its screws with our ability to do senate specfic voting. Any work arounds?

The frustrating thing about BM is how difficult it makes it to actually run a republic properly, its a bit silly, but I like the idea of it in concept but its not really fleshed out at all.

Dwilight / Dwilight alliances...
« on: May 19, 2016, 02:49:54 AM »
Seriously? The whole land is allied with each other for some reason or another. Has Dwilight really become so afraid of conflict? Is this how we kill a server? Peace is achieved. Game over.

This is where all future OOG discussion regarding the Council of Mech Albion. The council is basically a Messociden moot formed between Asylon and Farronite. Its called 'Mech Albion' in symbolism of our lands previous hostililty and wars that raged in that region. As a reminder of what we were and how we can work to change our future.

Dwilight / What do you look like? (Dwilight)
« on: October 27, 2012, 12:22:56 AM »
Ok here is a game. We find a picture of someone real, no fantasy paintings or elves with jaguars but a real photo of someone dressed up in the way that you look like. Here is basically what Glaumring looks like if anyone is interested. Here I will include a link to http://imgur.com/

And here is what I think Indirik looks like.... I have always imagined him looking like an old man in flowing white robes... Kind of like Gandalf but not really, so here is the closest to what my imagination of Indirik...

Here is how I always imagine Bowie Ironsides...

And Allison Kabrinski...

So basically a picture of a close approximation of yourself, real photos no fantasy paintings etc and maybe a pic or two of what you think or thought other people look like.

Dwilight / Cult of Bloodmoon
« on: July 02, 2012, 12:44:51 PM »
This is where question or answers about the Cult of Bloodmoon go. CoB doesnt have gods or anything besides eating of the Bloodmoon fruit. Basically the temples are built to control consumption of the fruit. Eating of the fruit causes visions/predictions or anything the player wants to explore in a roleplay context.

A brief history of Bloodmoon fruit (picture a dragon fruit that grows on palm trees instead). Bloodmoon fruit is from the tomb island regions originally growing mid-Dwilight the best. Used by the Dwillii people for thousands of years in shamanic rituals etc. Glaumring is born in Port Raviel, immigrates to north Dwilight bringing with him the first seeds, plants first seeds in Storms keep, the plants change in the extreme north creating a harsher smaller plant. Glaumring moves to Asylon. The Saxons wage the first war on the plant destroying almost every plant in Thulsoma. Glaumring uses the Thulsoma plants and crossbreeds with native plants in Vakreno heaps in the COB original guildhouse. The guildhouse falls, plants grow wild in Vakreno. The new strain in the most powerful ever.

-Gift of Bloodmoon from Thulsoma sent by Glaumring to the Prophet of Sanguis Astroism.

Lady Ven Dhalgren discovers the plant while tending her new estate in Vakreno. Begins to tend them asks Glaumring for guidance.

-first gift of Bloodmoon to the Zuma, it pleases them.

Glaumring unleashes Bloodmoon on Asylon entire, a huge festival orgy that goes on for days happens, the kingdom goes mad.

Nobles protest, some indulge, the realm is split between the advocators of Bloodmoon and its destroyers.

In order to establish order, the first temple to the Cult of Bloodmoon fruit is built in Vakreno in order to train people in its proper use.
