Indeed, D'Hara will be far more vulnerable: practically indefensible, IMHO.
If townslands cannot have shipyards, then Aurvandil will be able to pwn Terran even more than they already do.
Others have voiced the exact opposite fear.
Townslands can have both harbors and shipyards.
