Give it a bit for the RP to perambulate through, and you won't need to come up with anything new to justify using them if you belong to the right religion.  Bringing about an apocalypse may be a bit much, but using them to destroy ones enemies will be encouraged.

Yeah, but what if I want to destroy everyone?  ;D

Maybe I'll join Hemaism.

Hell yeah! Gellaer is DYING to get his hands on one of those things... or a dozen 8)

So we need a character with little sense of self-preservation or consequences, and an abundance of provocation?

Oh, I have no idea who that could be.

Just go to Enweil and find Distorted.  He'd love to blow something up.

There's quite a few of these scrolls around by now. So BT is turning into a powder keg and all it needs is one spark.

Nobody willing to play his character gone insane and just trying out the three scrolls he has? Everyone is afraid of the "nuclear" thing, but these aren't Hiroshima bombs. More like nuclear hand grenades - you need a couple to do real damage. But someone needs to start...

Volunteers? ;-)

That's one scroll used. ^_^

And one pissed off Judge trying to convince his peers that this is the work of an isolated renegade. :P

Does it notify all judges?

Just yours, I believe.  If it is against the law.

Also, as this is certainly not the first time such scrolls have been used, I can attest that it frequently tells people in the neighboring areas that scrolls have been used.

Correct, but Alaron has notified all Judges as a heads-up. Because this is clearly the work of one madman. :P

Oh, this is a good time to see the loyalty of the Judge then :p
