Philosophy concerning the poorest regions

Hey!

Very excited about the new balance but I was wondering how the thinking has gone concerning regions so poor that they can't support anyone.

Desert of Silhouettes now provides 34 (!) gold (down from 55 I believe). Which lord can live on that? Palm sea now provides 87, barely livable but might be avoided as long as other regions exists. Might be more of these regions.

So screw those regions. People are always complaining there aren't enough nobles to govern all regions anyway.

Did anyone want those regions to begin with? 55 or 34 gold, either way its incredibly poor compared to other pickings.
