The "Rebel..." option could use a confirmation, specially since you cannot leave for a little bit it once you join it. If you click to see what options it gives, as the ellipsis give you the idea you won't instantly rebel after you click it (same way as you don't disband your unit right after clicking "Abandon your unit...").

Membership in the underground is anonymous, and does not automatically make you a rebel - once a rebellion breaks out, you (and everyone else) will have to actively choose which side to support.

Any game option that has the ellipsis (...) at the end will take you to a confirmation page.
