I think that bug is actually fixed, at least for now. I *have* manually paused my advy a couple of times this last week, hoping to be able to unpause my 4th noble, but no luck.

I think this is fixed now, but I have to wait for my advy to be pausable before I can try it. The family screen says I can have 4 active nobles though.
