He then quickly casted spontaneous magic (Heal/Body - 4-1-1) (1 shift), spontaneous magic (Heal/Body - 4-2-1) (3 shifts)and spontaneous magic (Heal/Body - 3-2-1) (2 shifts).
You absolutely need to read the "notes on magic" part about durations. All of these spells would
kill you because you are doing major changes to your body
instantly. No way that's not going to rip things apart.
