OOC - fair enough. That does beg the question, though, what are the limits regarding the casting of spells?
A quick ruling:
You are the caster of the spells, thus all spells originate from
you, not the cat. The mind control does
not provide a channel for magic, that would require an additional spell with a Base of "magic" - which doesn't exist.
So, theoretically, you could cast a spell as a cat on a target within LOS of both the cat and your own body, though targetting it would be tricky at least. Very tricky. Basically, your chances of hitting anything
but your intended target are pretty good. But it's theoretically possible. But if your body is one place and the cat another, negative. Spells originate from your body.
