call the highschools.  The single largest participator in IBM's Master the Mainframe Contest (open to all schools) is a high school, and they beat university students at it. (the last stage involves programming)

I work at iStockphoto, and at the very least I could purchase some credits for you (as my contribution), and help preselect the material.

Yeah, Beyond is still canned indefinitely, though if by some stroke of luck or good business I come upon sufficient funding, I would revive it.

I have experience with Unity3D and C#. I am not expert but I did my final project on college using it, so I can help coding it.
