So far as I am aware that has not been revealed. I like to think of them as some RP spice to the continent.

Chiming into say that dustole has been planning to use the "Kabrinskia" name ever since the war between Astrum and Caerwyn started. Although I thought we had talked him out of it.

I think I'm beginning to regret destroying Caerwyn....

Names can't very easily be changed.

I'd love to see it remain Kabrinskia, but become an Elementalist democracy.

Indeed, there can be downsides to naming realms after the founder.
