If only monarchies' (and republics?) voting systems were still designed to give more votes to nobles with higher prestige, this guy could rule out of his lazy chair.

Anyone got a clue what the values should be like? Then we could fix it.

It's a pretty new account. 10 would be pretty generous I think.

Don't prestige reducing actions only affect you if you have high prestige? I personally don't consider 10 prestige all that high, but in general I think unless reason can be given for it being higher 10 is a decent number assuming he is a new character.

Well, he got deported, then emigrated. And probably overthrown in a rebellion.
