Sadly the paperback only seems to be on Amazon.com. But still seems worth it for us Europeans to buy! looking forward to it.

The problem is that as a physical item it needs to be printed somewhere. And createspace (the service I use for the paperback) is still localized. I've already written to them and told them how much I'd love it if they would branch out to at least Europe.
