Hopefully if a few from Europe to buy it (as they have already from the comments here) if will encourage them to make it available more easily for everyone.
Just ordered mine (with the extra justification that I had to get a couple of other books from the States as well as it was cheaper to get it from there (including postage) than it was to get them anywhere here! Crazy (but the 6 books of Zelazny's short stories are something that I must have...))
now to wait the 18-32 days for delivery...
