I thought we already did this. The rest of Atamara has already declared war on the Greater Cagilan Co-prosperity Sphere. 
Naw. We'd be doing it if Tara, Talerium, and Coria decided it'd be interesting to declare war on CE for a month or so. I mean, that'd really be a challenge. (Fighting a war against yourself)
