Let's play Magicka

Watching a few videos, I got into the mood of playing Magicka again.


But - I want to play multiplayer with team speak, Skype or something, because half the fun is talking to the people who just accidentally killed you - again. :-)

I use skype but I can download team speak as well.

Team speak needs a server. Can skype do conferences if we find 1 or 2 more players? I think 3 would be the perfect fun factor, personally.

thanks, but no thanks... magicka multiplayer basically ddos'ed my net connection when i was still on plain old dsl (as opposed to fttc now)... because its net code is !@#$. (or that was the explanation i can find...)

i was tempted to buy it.. but not after that.

I have a teamspeak server and I'm down for playing.

My friends use it though and they might be a bit obnoxious so we'd have to be willing to get trolled occasionally.

magicka is aaaaaaaaawesome.

And Mumble is a great voip server/client system that I've used some, and might be good in this scenario too.

It is a racing game where you are a mage riding a magic kar and blast your opponents with your razor sharp wand.

Ok, so here's the thing:

I'm in GMT+1 as everyone knows. I'm willing to play this evening, no fixed time. I haven't played in a while so there's a guarantee of hilarious fail castings.

Skype can do conference calls, TS requires a server, but if anyone has one.

I'll pop into IRC, #battlemaster channel sometime this evening, post an approximate time here before that, and then we'll see if we find 2-3 people.
